Ole Miss Soccer Camp On-Line Registration - Step 1 (Please read before proceeding.)
CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
1. A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must accompany each application. If you will be paying online you can pay the full camp fee or elect to just pay the $100 deposit. If you will be mailing in your camp application, you can include a check for the full fee amount or only the $100 deposit. Any remaining Camp Fee Balance is payable AT or BEFORE registration. Campers may bring balance to the first day of camp in the form of a personal check or cash. (Check is preferred.)
2. Parental Release: "I release The University of Mississippi and all its employees from all claims on account of any injuries which may be sustained while attending the camp, and I agree to indemnify The University of Mississippi and its employees from any claims which may hereafter be presented as a result of any such injuries"
3. Accident Insurance: "Campers are insured while on The University of Mississippi campus. This is a supplemental policy and covers accidents only. If a camper is covered under an existing health insurance policy, the existing policy must be claimed first. Camp insurance will pay any charges not covered by your insurance. If a camper is without any present health insurance coverage, the camp insurance will pay 100% of all medical bills associated with a camp injury. Please inform camp personnel of any special medical conditions or drug allergies. The camp insurance does not include travel to and from the University campus."
PLEASE NOTE:
This is our online registration system. Use this system to register for any of our camps you like. Keep in mind that you will need to properly provide all the required information on the form for proper processing. While it is not necessary to make any payment in order to submit your registration online now, a minimum $100 deposit will be required before the registration will be processed in our office. So submit your registration now online and pay your camp fee online, or just your deposit if you like, or mail in your payment later, or revisit our site later and select our Make a Payment link to visit our payment page, whichever method is most convenient for you. For payments online our system accepts payments safely and securely through PayPal. None of your credit card information is handled by our website, nor is it ever transmitted to us. Your information remains safe and secure thanks to one of the largest secure transaction handlers on the internet: PayPal.
MEDICAL RELEASE REQUIRED:
A SIGNED MEDICAL RELEASE is required before registrants are allowed to attend camp. You may download a PDF of the medical release by clicking here and complete it at your convenience. It must be completed and mailed or faxed back to our office prior to the beginning of the camp, or turned in at the start of camp during check-in.
